#TCUNews – On Wednesday (29/2), the Federal Court of Auditors (TCU) became the first public institution to adopt the “Racism, not here!” seal. The president of the TCU, Minister Bruno Dantas, signed the social commitment. Created in 2009 by publicist João Silva, the seal aims to inhibit racist practices through their adoption and display in the most diverse environments.
The initiative is aligned with the TCU's efforts to implement the Gender and Non-Discrimination Policy of the Latin American and Caribbean Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (Olacefs) and the commitment made to the Equity Network of public institutions, of which the Court has been a part since its creation in March 2022.
